Website Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use technicaltuesday.lat. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Remodel

Technicaltuesday Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We introduce homeowners to independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Technicaltuesday Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, schedule, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

General Information Only

What you read on this website is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, and what suits one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, the location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work begins.

Financing and Payment

Technicaltuesday Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read every contract carefully before you sign it.

Safety First

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, and some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand or remove materials you are unsure about. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Technicaltuesday Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website accurate and current. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
