Who We Are

Technicaltuesday Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel. We make introductions. Independent local providers in our network do the actual work.

That difference matters, so we say it plainly. We do not build, demolish, plumb or install anything.

Why We Exist

A lot of people think the hard part of remodeling is choosing finishes. In practice though, the hard part is getting started well. Homeowners often don't know what to prepare, what to ask or what a fair estimate looks like.

Technicaltuesday Remodeling clears up those myths and connects you with a provider who can take it from there.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us about your project: the room, the rough scope and where you live in the Baltimore area. We then point you to a provider in our network who handles that kind of work in your area.

We focus on larger jobs, such as custom bathroom renovations, walk-in shower or tub conversions, luxury bath upgrades and full kitchen remodels. Small jobs and mobile homes are outside our scope.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Give clear, written estimates
• Explain the scope, materials and timeline in plain words
• Follow local permit and code requirements
• Respect your home and your schedule

Any license, insurance or contract details are between you and the provider. Ask to see them, and keep copies.

Document It First

We encourage every homeowner to start with a folder. Take photos of the room, jot down measurements and problems, and save receipts or past repair records. Providers can quote more accurately with good information. If a damage claim ever comes up, providers can often help document the damage, and some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy.

Protecting Your Home's Value

A remodel done right protects the house and supports future resale. A rushed job can hide problems behind new tile. Good paperwork and a careful provider help avoid that.

• We do not perform remodeling work
• We do not set provider prices
• We do not sign contracts for you
• We do not pressure you to hire anyone

You choose the provider. You approve the quote. You stay in charge.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay for the homeowner inquiries we send them. It does not change what you are quoted by us, because we do not quote work at all. Your agreement is directly with the provider.
