How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Technicaltuesday Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or got in touch with Technicaltuesday Remodeling
- The way we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a problem, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Technicaltuesday Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File a Complaint
Email contact@technicaltuesday.lat and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
What Happens After You Write
We will email you to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
